Booker’s Bourbon Batch 2018-1 “Kathleens Batch” is made up of barrels from five production dates aged in several different locations within three warehouses. The nose presents notes of leather, floral honey, caramel and vanilla. On the palate you’ll notice a taste of rich butterscotch, brown sugar, dried cherries and a little allspice.
