Producer Notes
75% Chardonnay, 25% Pinot Noir, produced in neutral oak barrels with no malolactic fermentation. Aged 8 years on the lees, it shows a mature, expressive nose of candied and dried fruits with pastry and patisserie aromas in the background. Wonderful vinosity on the palate is lifted by freshness and fine bubbles gracing a mineral-driven finish.
